1. How can I cancel my order? Cancellations are considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. The Company will decide on the cancellation based on the current order status (e.g., if already shipped, cancellation is not possible).

2. Are there any products for which cancellations are not allowed? Yes, cancellation requests will not be approved for products displayed/made for special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc., as these are limited occasion offers.

3. How do I request a refund or replacement? Refund/Replacement requests must be made to our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving delivery of the item. You can write to us at enquiry@kesarsweetsjaipur.com or call us at 0141-4920880.

4. What information do I need to provide for a refund/replacement request? It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate information, including photographs, to help the Company make a decision, especially if an incorrect item was shipped or the product has gone bad.

5. Will I get a refund if I don't like the taste of the product? No, there will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to your liking or if you think it is not good enough, as long as the product is within its expiry date.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged product? In case of a damaged product, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. You should provide adequate information (including photographs) for the Company to take it up with the Courier Company.

7. How do product replacements work? For product replacements, you will be shipped a new packet of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with you.

8. How long does it take to process a refund? The Company shall process refunds within 7-10 business days after a refund request is approved. However, the request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, and the Company shall not be held liable for any delays by the partner.

9. Do you offer self-pickup for orders? Yes, we offer self-pickup. Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours. You can pick it up from our shop at K44, SL Marg, Chandrakala Colony, Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302018, India.

10. What are the shipping charges? Shipping within Jaipur is free. For other states, a shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
