• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order, and not applicable if the item is already shipped or is a special occasion product (e.g., Diwali, Holi, Valentine’s Day).
• Refunds/Replacements are considered only if requested within 12 hours of delivery for reasons like wrong or damaged items. Photos must be provided as proof.
• No refunds for taste preferences if the item is within expiry.
• Replacements will be of the same or equivalent product based on availability.
• Approved refunds are processed in 7–10 business days.
